Yeah, I was really into the sludgy paints on that one. I actually got extremely lucky on all of these.

I regret not buying more Bwana locally like 4-6 years ago. I used to see so many great early Brodarr figures at my comic shop that Gravy Toys is inside of. But used to use most of my money on comics back then. Now, I've got stacks of unread comics I've lost interest in, and no Brodarr. Me: a big silly dumb dumb.

 

Missed my postie on the original delivery day, so had to wait for this but it was worth it…

This Senshi Gundam Boy arrived today.

 

I don't generally go for complex paint jobs on toys but this really caught my eye.The clear base makes it look opaque in low light and really pop in daylight.The orange mane is like Chihuly glass.

 

Just got these guys today! More racers for the race squad!

 

When marbling works, it REALLY works.

polystone boat Booska. Took me years to finally nab one. A bit smaller than I thought—but it’s perfect like this.

 

Finally picked up the Rockin Jelly bean matango. I think this first release is the best colorway they've done so far.

Love the figure, but would it be too much trouble to see a pic of that wall in the back? I’m trying to incorporate some framed pieces on the walls around my toys too, always looking for inspo

 

Perhaps I am wrong but the Gamera looks like the same sculpt used in the Racers - if not, it is very similar.

I wish I could enter a time tunnel which transported me to the period I started collecting sofubi... It was easy to get toys back then.
