Any forthcoming news of an event held at the brick and mortar location, or is it strictly convention this year? Their MOTU event last year was great!
good thing Luke never goes on here! Here is the first announcement of releases! For those M.U.S.C.L.E. fans, we have the Multi-Color Trash Can Assortment, which will be available at both the booth and Skeletors Lair.
fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuck! totally SUCKS not being able to head to SDCC this year. First I miss the Power Con edition, now these. Bah! lol! Any chance at all these will be available from Super 7 direct after? I may have a buddy heading down there though is there going to be a limit per person on these?
Speaking of the Worst! and.... Skeletor will once again take over Super7 San Diego as his lair, but his diabolical plans remain a mystery! Perhaps he will use the space to plan his evil agenda for the week.. or perhaps he will release some amazing He-Man and Masters of the Universe San Diego Comic-Con exclusives! Warning: It will be no small task to gain access to Skeletor’s Lair! One must venture to the Super7 Booth #4945 and obtain a Power Token. You will then take this coin to 701 8th Avenue (corner of G Street) and present it to gain entry into the Skeletor's Lair Pop-Up Shop (Yes, you will keep your token!).
Josh said at a MOTU panel that there was going to be a lot more clothing pieces released this year , which is 1 of those "TheWorst" bread n' butter. So that's what I'm thinkin it is.
Wow, I might finally be able to someday land a - more affordable - version of the big Big Chap. So, I notice there is no mention in that description of the dome? And it is noticeable absent from the prototype version of course. Still, unbelievably cool to see this. I really look forward to seeing some painted (and hopefully cranial-capped) versions of him to come. Fantastic news on the MOTU stuff and the return of Skeletor's Lair. Would be so great to attend one year. Excited to see the exclusives.
Making their debut and available for the first time during San Diego Comic-Con 2016 at the Skeletor's Lair pop-up shop! The 2nd wave of 3.75-inch Masters of the Universe action figures featuring Tri-Klops, Trap Jaw, Man-At-Arms, and The Sorceress! As with Wave 1, these fully painted on blister card figures feature gorgeous original cardback art by fan-favorite artist Jason Edmiston, who once again channeled the painted cardback art of the 1970s.
quote from Flynn: brianflynn this is the warrior from the second movie (aliens) they do not have clear domes. They also have different forearms, hands and feet
Ah, thanks for the clarification, Kris. I admit, in my excitement, I hadn't notice those small changes to the hands/arms. Can't say as I still don't miss the dome, but hey, this is one amazing toy even without it. Full thumbs up to Flynn and Co. for the development of this guy.
