I think red with blue sprays looks str8 gorgey and this guy is no exception. Without the correct usage, those colors together can be pretty jarring but on certain sculpts, I love it.

Regarding the green fella -- I'm pretty certain I'm wrong. I have a picture saved from years ago that has that body with a matching Bullmask head on it instead of the Gargamess. BUT, if you go to the release page for him, it shows that Bullmask head and Gameppa head on a body with the same base color but different sprays. Pretty interesting.

Hey @akum6n, do you happen to know the details of this release? Or, anyone for that matter?

 

Suited gargamess has two head choices the gameppa and bullmask. I used to have the bullmask suited a long time ago but have never seen the suited gameppa head.

 

I can't remember where I read this, but I think it was a blind pull situation. You could get the Gargamess, Bullmask or Gameppa. The name of the release is also 'Kujibiki Gargamess', which translates to something like 'Lottery Pull Gargamess'.

This was the packaging I got with the suited Gargamess. It came with a black paper bag.

 

It's interesting that they drew "mushroom plug" style joints rather than the open sofubi style.. Unless this is a homage to an old toy graphic that depicted those types of joints?

its drawn to look like the japanese paper doll / toys. you cut them out, cut slits in the body, and the arms can move about. i have a few yokai paper dolls that i havent popped out but theyre drawn that way as well.

 

So I have to think the '100 pieces 80 + 15 + 5' is the breakdown of the possible pulls. That would mean there are only 5 of the Gameppa out there. Would explain why we never seem to see it for sale.
