They're kind of tough to explain to other folks for sure, haha.

"Why does this toy have a penis?"
    "Well, he's not wearing clothes."
"...but why did you buy it?"
    "I like it."
    "Penises?"
    "NO THE TOY!"
    "But it has a..."
    "IT'S ART"

And then your guest/friend/family member (haha member) thinks you have a thing for floppy dong art.

Unless the toy is LITERALLY a sex toy i don't think i would have an issue explaining anything. Plus they can always get the fuck out of my house if there going to be "dicks". No rule saying you can't kick ppl out for being disrespectful to your interest. :D

Both of your short stacks of points resonate with me here, but really the best thing I can say about this toy being out in the world is live and let live... I suppose it's sort of refreshing to see simple and maybe a bit clumsy sprays on one of these types of dolls - the 6 layers of rubs and every color in your kit thing is tiring to my eyes most of the time.

As far as apparent influence goes, and I'm saddened a bit to have to add this to the pile of commentary already out there, what I see as overriding all of the other apery/influences is a very Violence Toy approach to symmetry and overall body design, right down to the ball bearing bump.

More power to ya, Loren, but this is far from the doll for me.

Afterthought: A fun repro / reissue project might be adding style-appropriate genitalia to any number of old mammal-based toy lines, from dollar-store fare to velveteen horsies. Subtlety would be the key!

Im more disappointed he has not made any new Japanese sofubi pieces as of late as his Antichristo 666 is one of my favorite sculpts from him. Not to interested in Mexican vinyl so much. I honestly didn't even know Mexican vinyl existed unless by that he means just made in Mexico in general.

Yep, but this thread is about pointing out toys you think suck, so i felt justified talking smack!

Yep, he's proven multiple times that he's a hateful little negative creep. Good call.

Fair enough, it's just my opinion after all. But, like @hellointerloper said, you cannot deny it looks exactly like a Nag and a Nagball had sex.

Yep, i just look at the two head and the recent madball rip-off he's done, and i can't help but assume he's cashing-in on current trends.
He was forging his own way with the Antichristo 666, Aztec looking thingy and the little drug dealer dude with the AK. Maybe this is just a blip and he'll be back to some more original stuff soon . . . . lets hope so!

Couldn't this be said for every toy maker?

I like the name, "Frank". From now on I'm going to say to any naysayers, "Well Frank likes it, so go suck an egg."

This sounds EXACTLY like almost everyone in Fairfield County. That's why I left when I was 20. I knew that I would never fit in.. lol

....and SHB has gone on to have one of the most successful bodies on a sofubi figure since the DX while greg has gone on to...this embarrassment. Yeah they knew what they were doing. Do you? Good God. At least they sculpted a new head! A bank? So when I put my money in the figure falls over? I just cannot picture the meeting/boardroom where someone said "yeah, that's so good, put it into production." Seriously. This toy is complete crap. Let me guess...it's $500?

Idk. Seems like an utterly transparent (and ill-conceived) attempt by Mishka & Blackbook to repurpose and sell dead stock. More disappointed in Kenth for taking part in this nonsense.

The Greg/SHB backstory makes this whole endeavor hilarious. The real tragedy is this collaboration/abomination will prob sell like hotcakes. To each their own I suppose.

Bahahaha, glad someone can relate! I'm hoping that my parents decide to move out of CT at some point, because I really don't want to move more than two hours away from them... but my god, I can't stand the people here.

Granted, my knowledge of CT is pretty limited to Fairfield County, hahaha. Maybe the rest of CT is better?

the way people deal with criticism is so interesting. he could "just keep making shit even if you dont like it" without the extra theatrics.

If the milkman made it, I think that's pretty funny. If anyone else made it tho, I think that's kinda fukd.

im not a fan of the figure but i do appreciate him thinking outside the immediate neokaiju box. less chances of it terrorizing a city, more of an extra in a cheesy horror movie like thankskilling.
