    Carrying over
What a lovely guy man; the pale blue, not to get all Pedantic here, but while perhaps not as technically accurate, somehow always works better for me. But then, I also love KJ in a whole variety of colours. These jumbos are crazy fun, and very well executed. You also get a helluva a lot of super toy for your money in them. You picked up a very nice one in that big machinator.

Thanks @ultrakaiju ! I was very happy indeed to find him in this color scheme, still bagged and in good company (t'was a shelf full of goodness). I love the exaggerated proportions, and the size makes me want to carry him around everywhere I go.

WoW Rei, that is the first proper photo I have seen of that guy, and he is a real stunner. The wonderful photography and lovely setting is not hurting either, of course. Such lovely, vibrant colours. I always loved this guys many ridges and creases, you can really get an appreciation for how much small detail and thought they put into sculpting these toys. He is especially nice in that orange base. Super-duper man, thanks!

Yeesssss!! A personal favourite, and yet to be surpassed. I have so much love for old Sea-bones, but this one is just the tops. All the crude beauty of the Bullmark original - just look at that incredibly brilliant mouth - and so lovely in that shaded blue on cream vinyl, with the silver touches. I cannot grasp how cheap you can still find this figure, when I think it would be a practical bargain at two or three times the price. Seriously, every Ultra fan and kaiju collector needs a few B-Clubs in their lot, and among those, this is one to chase. [big heart emoji] for my poor ghostly space traveler.

Wow, holy crap, that matte blue with silver to highlight it is AMAZING on that piece!

Edit: I'm definitely going to look for one next month. It's stunning

Hell yeah he does! Aside from SpaceG being one of my favorite monsters ever, I'll always adore these classic Bandais.

I never got all that moved by post-Showa stuff if I am honest (though the new Shin Goji is sort of fantastic in a completely nuclear mutant kind of way), but I say if you are gonna go all out, might as well go full bonkers and have Godzilla merged with a meteor. To me this is all about the excess, and embraces exactly the Japanese version of the same over-stylizing and full silly and useless designs that marked comics/toys of the '90s in the west as well.

Great shot man! He is definitely on a hunt through a prehistoric landscape there. :) Toys just look so lovely outside, don't they?

I am Groot...errr I mean Godzilla. There are small blue glitter specs in the vinyl. Not sure I like the design, but it still beats the 1998 American Godzilla.

I'm interested to see the anime when it comes out...but the design is pretty disappointing to me. I mean, it looks like a muscly/wooden version of the Legendary Godzilla. Since it's animation, they coulda taken the design in some really interesting, creative directions. Instead...we get this? Meh. The enemy kaiju (the bat-winged one with the long neck) doesn't impress me all that much either, but at least it's a bit more unique...

I don't know, man... keep your MOTU offa my lizard!

I've never actually seen the Broderick picture (honest!), but I've always kind of adored Marmit's sculpts based on the flat-headed beast; from the VP on down.

I have to agree with everything Sanjeev said. As much as I find that toy acceptable, in terms of a modern Godzilla, I find the entire anime offering a massive disappointment. The designs are so lacklustre, and even worse still is the atrocious excuse for 'animation' that they are using. I is very disappoint. As much as people did not respond overwhelmingly well to the Shin Goji, I at least give them a lot of respect for trying something very different and bold. I guess they figure the market has spoken and this is what they want (i.e. safe and more of the same)? That's honestly too bad. [Of course this is hardly a conceit limited to Toho....]

To mirror what''s been said, I'm looking forward to the anime, but I REALLY don't like this Shin + Legendary + Rat + Igor hybrid. The '98 Godzilla design was better (WAIT FOR IT), it just wasn't Godzilla (and aptly changed to Zilla). What I am hoping is that this is not the actual design, but a teaser type as the first release, here looking how he does on the tag, from a distant, unclear, shadowy perspective... Although the Godzilla on the tag looks Better even. Are those spikes or trees on the illustration's back? Hmmmm... Yeah, this thing is god ugly. Maybe the anime will sway me :?

K, the one I poster was the 6in version, not the same as the one @chimply.kaiju put up. My bad. That's why the spikes differ... Same rat feet tho.

Anthony's is the 9", like this Jumbo 9 Inch Godzilla shown in Box :

EDIT: Nope, apparently the one posted by @chimply.kaiju and the one I first posted are both 6in.
But perhaps a different godzilla. Rumor has it that there will be 2 gojis in the anime.
