All sorts of jawns going on now. Water types all over the place including Lapras, and Gyarados. Introduction of shiny Gen. 1's. Plus your guaranteed to get an evolution item every 7 day spin streak now.
Anyone else still playing? About a quarter of a million from level 35. Currently working on getting my 6th duder into the 3k club. Still Team No Team.
I'm sitting here waiting for an event so I have an excuse to play. My area is just filled with Pidgeys, Natu, Sentret, Rattata, and other garbage.
I don't play but my 14 yr old nephew apparently is becoming a minor celebrity in the area by coding and making a usuable map to all the good pokemon spawns and raid spots. Everyone in Montgomery county seems to be using it including all the people at the Merck plant. They can't believe a kid did it! Which is great for his self esteem as he is slightly autistic and shy.
Great story. You should encourage him to start doing more. As for the game...it's pretty fun. I stopped playing a few weeks ago. I have all the ones that are possible except for ukown or unknown.
Ha no encouragement needed! The kid has been working with computers since he was 3. Well beyond my scope of anything....I think this kid is going to reinvent the wheel some day lol.
Got my Articuno a little earlier today. Waiting by a Lugia now to see if enough people show up. The four here isn't going to cut it.
Caught Lugia at SDCC, Articuno yesterday. Usually need around 12+ to be successful. Fighting is the easy part, catching them is the real challenge.
Yerp. Less than half that crew caught it. I earned all the gold type medals during my Team No Team days, so that helps for sure. Plus a golden razzberry, and curved great throw. Real challenge for me is having enough people. Something like SDCC must have been great. That many people in one place, large number groups must have been no problem.
Been nearly a year since the last post on this thread. Am I the only person on the board still playing this game?
Nope, I still log in from time to time. I can't wait to see how the "Let's GO" Switch games impact Pokemon GO's gameplay and vice-versa! Since they implemented the friend system, my trainer code is: 8128 1335 5385 Feel free to add me if you'd like!
I've added everyone above. Thanks for the postcards, it was nice to get some that I could read for a change! I'll add my code in here when I've charged my phone. Flat battery- definitely a sign of a Pokemon-go player.
just a heads up, my postcards will probably be painfully boring and strange. I apologize to whomever received that weird cowboy one I sent. Never change, New Hampshire. Never change...
Playing still but it’s gotten more difficult since moving to Phoenix, my trainer code is 5482 5507 4638
I think it would also help if we added our handles on here as well. I’d like to prioritize gift giving to board members. Mine is easy 1. brobles24
I'm saving up all my gifts for when I get rid of all these 2k eggs. I need some more Alolans than just rattata :/
