This is interesting.... but just raises a lot of questions from me. The concept and development seemed to be far more promising than what I am seeing now. And somehow, seeing the 'painted' up version, is actually even more of a let down. As in, this could be a really fun toy to check out and play around with (maybe) even though there are some major things I would change; but that would be at the 1500yen, mass-produced Bandai level. As a massive chunk of 'art toy' vinyl, which I have zero doubt will come with commensurate pricing (hell, we already know what those Marmit Gojis are like!), it is something I can happily be aware of on the periphery but ignore. Which is sort of shame in itself, but there ya go.

That’s a whole wall-of-words just to say ‘it sucks!’

But see, that's just it though, I don't think it totally sucks. Just that the final execution (from what we can see here) didn't live up to the potential, or what I believe was an ambitious vision. I don't think - as the incredible new entry onto the high-end soft vinyl market - this works for that.

We are all welcome to our own forms of criticism though.

The recent FuckQ is far from a fugly toy, but whatever Terrible Whore was smoking when he put the whole package together, I want some

He is actually ruining toys compared to when that term was used for other artists here.

He has a crappy attitude to boot. He has done live videos on IG calling people dumb just because they dont watch his videos, and looks down on others that dont buy his art or painted figures when he does dance shows.

Anyone who paints a blank is a Toy Ruiner in my book. Sort of like being in a middle school cover band. OG's notwithstanding :D

The 'best' case is the adults are marbles, too. Otherwise it's stripped paint :(

Hey now, there are some great toys out there modeled on literal turds.

    This isn't one of them.

Well, admittedly that thing is very complicated looking for a turd. But a turd is a turd.

I would also suggest changing its name from 'Supermecha Panzer' to 'The Turdinator'.

That is pretty atrocious.... and yet, sort of sad reflection on the state of things that few things in this thread are even surprising anymore.

A lot of toys with extreme amounts of detail(and lack of design editing) seems to be my least favorite trend in vinyl. I'm not saying all toys with this amount of detail is bad (James Groman is a perfect example of great toys with tons of detail) it just doesn't seem like it was meant to be made in vinyl, or a toy in general.

To be fair, i do tend to pick on the same few makers but those makers are the ones that seem to get the most hype nowadays.
