Random charity shop find for £2. Its a fairly rare Action Man equipment centre still on the card from 1975. Worth a few bob.
I ate my fair share of Bazooka Joe Gum when i was a kid, so this is nice and nostalgic. Couple of quid at a boot sale.
One small step for breakfast... My first and only Marx since boyhood, and the most patriotic thing I own.
Like a cross between Skeletor and Eddie from Iron Maiden. Bouncy ball i bought at a boot sale for 50p. I'm guessing made by the same company that made these:
Imperial Godzilla for a quid at this Sundays boot. A seller had three boxes of dinosaur toys and i had a good rummage, just as i found this bad boy a bloke bought all the boxes in one go. There wasn't anything else worth having. Timed it just right He's the mid-size 6" from 1985.
5" wide mini Boom Box. Electronic sound, repetitive beats. Got it for 50p at a boot sale, it came with a fake chunky gold chain
Mexican (4" approx) keshi style KO's. Love 'em. Cost me £1 for a crinkly clear plastic bag of them. Saint Seiya (Knights of the Zodiac) I always enjoy finding a Toxic Crusader randomly out in the wild, this is 'Bonehead' and he cost me £1.50. Its such a fun toy line.
Wow the Moog, you find some amazing stuff! I'm also a fan of the Toxic Crusaders. Good to see them enjoying a revival of late with the keshi and deluxe toxie figure.
Yeah, I saw those and they look great. You can't have enough Toxie. I recently found this board game in a charity shop, complete and in good condition too. Couple of quid, lucky find.
Hot christ! that is an amazing find. you must live on a toy fault line or something, rare finds are basically spewing up from beneath the crust
Haha, maybe that or maybe its because i spend a lot of my spare time on the hunt. Most of the time i find bugger all, but occasionally i hit toy gold.
I just found this for a couple of quid in a charity shop, down the road from where i work. You just never know what you'll find next
wow,wtf...thats got to be find of the year...wicked.. bad luck tho mate,I just got an electric wheelchair so I gonna be active on the hunt soon...
Yeah, I remember wandering into a large shop in Akiba when I was in Tokyo, which was exclusively model kits from floor to ceiling. It seemed like everything had its own scale model, and I mean everything. It was impressively nerdy.
The girl i bought this from had this and a small little statue of Princess Zelda. She wanted £10 for PZ and £1 for Cammy, so i put Princess Zelda back.
Yeah, looks to me like a cross between an Army clerk and a Trapeze artist. The fact its real cloth on a mid-size / smallish figure, its a nice touch.
I already have this one, but its such a classic i bought it again. 50p at a boot sale. A Robot / Cyborg dude. No idea if this is from a line of toys or just a one off. 25p at a boot sale.
^^ Of course, i post him on Chance Priests FB page and somebody identified him immediately! Power Force Protectors !!
