Bigaos is an evil clone made by Akro. I like to think Bigaoses are closer to automotons than actual Mutants.
How many Dokuuromanion variants are there? A fellow collector helped me piece it together. W/Onell: W/Cord Viper: W/Goccodo:
RxH must be the most productive j-vinyl maker currently. Crazy amount of characters which I cannot even name most of them right now.
Me neither . . . Reason not to buy #28 (along with #6 Priced out of the market and #9 Pain in the ass to get hold of).
I was torturing myself by perusing the RxH toys on Mandarake earlier, which I haven't done in a while and i noticed a few things regarding prices. Most fight size are still around 4,000+ Most adult size are still around 30,000+ (If an Atom Amaresura colab, all bets are off, recent sales are 100,000+). All mini figures are around 3,000+. Most baby cats are around 5,000+. The fight size Oni Head is 20,000+ and the mini is around the same (often more). The characters that particularly stood out to me are: Large cats are now around 30,000+ (the green astro zombies one I own is 50,000) Fortune Kid - 15,000+ Fortune Billy - 10,000+ Cyclomagnon - 20,000+ I find it interesting how many of the earlier RxH toys (mini/fight size) stay at a fairly constant price range but for the odd character, the prices have risen a hell of a lot. In these cases their size appears to have no relation to the pricing (Fortune Kid/Fortune Billy). So, most fight size are around the 4,000 mark but the Cyclomagnon has risen to 20,000+. I'm wondering if these higher prices are to do with certain sculpts that Mori doesn't produce anymore, adding to the scarcity, or is it just Mandarake taking notice of certain sculpts being more 'desirable' to collectors? Or a bit of both?
There was a run on Shintos and Cyclomagnons a couple of years back, and I think the prices are still cooling off. Not sure why the cats have gone up so much. I can't imagine paying ~$50 for a mini cat... used to be you could almost buy a full-size for that price.
Yeah, they are the most puzzling. Its not even just the unusual/colabs like the Uamou ones, it seems like most of them (on Mandarake, anyway).
I want to say I paid retail $50 or so for an AZ cat back in the day. To this day, there are still RxH fighters that I never see in the after markets.
