    He looks to me like a Bullmark mini, but I can't find him in Hyper Hobby Dash 6 or on Club Tokyo. I can't read the foot stamp either.

    He is a reissue mini Bullmark. Antales from Ultraman Leo, original is very rare.

    A monsta from Ultraman Leo named Antales アンタレス .

    Your toy is a Bullmark repro from Tsuburaya Productions (before the name change to Yamanaya). I forget which set he came with, but I'm sure someone will chime in with a snap of the OG sack.
