You can just buy the original for Switch. You don't even have to wait to play the damn game! It's going to play out exactly like the original. Im not seeing the hype and I love FF7. There gonna make you pay $60 for every fucking chapter in the game which is a rip off.
Definitely getting excited for the new Animal Crossing. It’s been a long time since I played an AC game... I hope they have more customization, I absolutely loved designing shirts and stuff!
Yep, I thought about trying for this one and realised they'll probably announce a new console this year or next. Still, this will be the first time I play Animal Crossing and I'm pretty excited On a different note, I'm finding that I'm better at certain games after taking a long break of like a year? I stopped playing Apex Legends and Sekiro because I sucked at both, and after starting again I can suddenly hold my own.
Heard they are going to sell a version that is just the dock and controllers. For those that already have a system.
I agree; but I am considering getting the AC Switch Dock from Japan... https://kotaku.com/how-to-buy-the-animal-crossing-switch-parts-separately-1841476810
I've been moving like a turtle through this second FE:3H playthrough, but I finally beat the Edelgard path. It's fun seeing the story from the side where Edelgard is framed as the hero. Maybe this is my personal bias, but I think the game does a good job (if you play different paths) of presenting the message that war sucks and there really are no heroes. In the end, it's all maniacs in power positions trading lives by the thousands (or tens of thousands, or hundreds of thousands, or millions) to impose their crazy world view onto as many people as they can. But it's a Nintendo game, so of course everybody you recruited gets some version of a "happy ending" so...that weakens that message significantly. Anyway, Edelgard had the highest Combat Rating, but I don't think those numbers actually mean much in this game. Bow Knight Bernie, Wyvern Ashe, & Pegasus Petra were my real heavy hitters.
Came back to Devil May Cry 5 recently and my right hand is killing me after about 2 hours of play. I am playing better, but my weak shitty body can't keep up with my brain after a while
15 days until Animal Crossing!!! COVID-19 doesn't stand a chance against AC gamers who will be unintentionally self-quarantining to play every waking minute!
I'm expecting an office shutdown any day now, so that's kind of nice. I'll be playing Halo with my brother till then. Although the audio in the Reach remaster is total dogshit.
I rushed through the Golden Deer path on Fire Emblem, and I can’t say much else without major spoilers. I feel dumb, though. I saved my clear data over the wrong file, and now I can’t go back and look at my final team again. I had been keeping a meticulous spreadsheet of my final team’s classes & combat ratings, but that second part is impossible for my most recent party. So now I’m just waiting on Animal Crossing with everybody else!
ANIMAL CROSSING IS HERE MU'FUGGAZ! Add me so I can sell my cherries illegally on your island. SW-1265-2798-7594
Megaman Zero collection. They fixed the biggest flaw of those games by adding a checkpoint system. Also playing Yoshi's Crafted World which is just fantastic!
You can play without the check points if you think your that damn good. The check points are optional not essential so don't b-i-tch.
animal crossing is super addictive. I played the first or second one with all my room mates at the time. The game was in my room and people would be in there playing till two in the morning and then other room mates would come in at five to play. It was crazy. We started getting into lots of arguments cause of that crazy game. So silly, since the game is so sweet. I started playing surviving mars and it's great. Pretty hard, a little boring but great strategy and an awesome sound track. And a long strategic game is just what the government ordered. I also started playing Armello online with some friends. Surprisingly deep strategy. One thing I love about the stay indoors order, I can play video games all day and not feel guilty about it.
Nioh 2 has taken over what little free time I have. They improved on the first on in almost every way. I didnt even bother getting animal crossing yet.
Never played before this one, but you spend your time catching bugs, fishing, crafting, getting to know your neighbours, and slowly paying off your huge debt to a tanuki landlord. It's very cute. Sometimes I need a chill game and being able to visit my friends in this one has been really nice.
^^ my favorite aspect of the game is the synchronization of time according to your own real world seasons. Plus there are all kinds of daily happenings and events. Very addictive.
