    Satin Satan for sure.
Just noticed its 3d printed. Can you get rid of those printing lines? Those things are an eyesore.

High end "printers" do a great job of not having those lines. One of my toys was sculpted and printed, no lines at all.

Satin I can handle but I'm gonna burn this place down if flocking becomes a thing again.

    @CopASquatToys So what you’re saying is I shouldn’t hold my breath for a flocked space-sloth? ;)

I just don’t see the point of these kind of toys, there’s just no reason for it to ever have been made. It’s just a few things mashed together without thought.

Dog + Gorilla + Antenna on head
    So intriguing

If a factory were so inclined you could smoothen out 3D lines in the wax process of the mold making. But it’d most likely take too much time for anyone to want to actually do it, unless you’re willing to shell out a bunch for the wax work.

Youre just asking for a flocking
Ive seen the UV resin printers doing a great job on smooth printing. My beef is moreso with the printers using the lil plastic filaments.

It might be cheaper to pay for the wax work than the high end printed version. Mine was by no means cheap, I had sticker shock for sure.

So these dickheads think that they can just add the TOHO text to make it look licensed and 'official'... no way Toho would have given permission for this piece of shit. Just like the chinese Mazinger rips and the 3-eyed Hedorah stain from last year...it's a clear sign of disrespect for the creators of these characters.

I really think they did get the license for it. They have done other character toys like kamen rider, mazinger z and sold them at wonderfest and some one day things at department stores. It’s kind of nuts how they’ve gotten, maybe by having a personal non business relationship with them.

Just heard solid confirmation that it is indeed in fact an official Toho licensed release.. :?

I wouldn't of thought they would be that fussy. Matango on a trike, Shirahama Matango - or whatever the hell that thing is, with giant 'E.T. go home' finger for an arm ... Its probably all the same to them. Keeps their character in the public eye ...

My thoughts exactly... 'can we make a few $ from licensing?... yep! Then lets do it!'

More often than not, artistic integrity takes a back-seat to the commercial needs of shareholders.

PS - I have GID Matango on a trike and he is brilliant :D

Absolutely, all those trike figures are excellent. I also like the new Shirahama Matango as well.

Heard a story last week about a woman with hair growing out of her gums. So that's a nightmare I will never be rid of...

Very strange to see Toho give a license for an online international lottery sale. I wonder how these guys get away with it. Maybe they could share their secret with max toy, and shirahama.

I'm starting to believe this observation. Look at the back of this figure ... ;)
