Got a couple of Gomora in the mail. One more common than the other.

The Pagosu armed one's got a bit of a warped leg so i'll be playing around with the hair dryer to try to shape it back.

A really fun sculpt! Look forward to hunting the other versions of this figure!

Really nice mail days, guys. @XVivaHateX congratulations on completing the set of KR pendants, those are really a ton of fun, and I am thrilled you found each one, and in such excellent conditions, too. I've been slacking on the pendant hunts, but one of those things I always plan to revisit.

@brobles Beautiful Gomoras!! It is such a great character, and classic sculpt. The recycled parts of the Marusans are always fun. I just love the lighter blue paint variant too, I am very jealous of you for snagging that one! :dam:

Really nice one, Archam! I love style of him. I have seen these before, but outside of them being bootlegs (and like most bootleg toys) I don't think I have any additional information on him. He's adorable though, what a great little pickup.

Great vintage mail day, these packages did not arrive together but they arrived one day apart.
Flesh color bootleg Baragon; giant size & standard size plus a removable mask Redman.

That is such a nice mail day(s), Roger. Great selection all around. You know of course I love the removable mask heroes, but also the fleshy bootlegs (so much that I created a thread just for them). The big Barry is a treat, he is certainly on the 'some day' shopping list (always only grows, doesn't it?).

Thanks Steve, I know you are a big fan of flesh color bootleg figures, in fact yesterday I took some moderately desiccated photos so in a few minutes I will add them to the thread.

Just curious, which foot stamps are on the standard Baragon, Bullmark or Marusan?

Found myself w two Kemulars, both with subtle and not so subtle differences.
Left has heavier blue paint, right has the red dots in the back and a larger tail.
I assume this was due to the vinyl pulls?

@djkemp Ahhhhh, and absolutely favourite!!!! :D Even as a Tsuburite, this one is one my my all-time favourite minis. I can't get enough Hedos. I only wish I could some day luck in to his big brother, but even after so many years, he is one that manages to constantly elude me. Love the colour and adore the sculpt; he is perfect. Congratulations on your mini smog monster!

@brobles Interesting. I have definitely see that paint variation before, the blue is quite subtle, and there are both versions with and without varying degrees of spots along the spine, but I never noticed the tail variant before. You are probably right and it was something they changed along the mold part way through at some point, but this is really cool to learn.

@Roger - I have to thank both @Mark K and @scobot for introducing me to those blow mold bootlegs. There are some nice examples in the vintage dinos thread here.

@djkemp - Thank you, Dave. The MechaG has already tricked a couple friends into thinking it's a reissue or modern toy, but it's a Bullmark relic that is almost completely covered with metallic paints. An artist at the factory had a wild day with the paint supply because only the bottom of the tail and feet are free from the shimmering glaze. It is difficult to see from the photo, but there are scratches and light rubs on the neck and sides of the head and usual locations like the knee missiles, fins, etc. That said, it looks like a child only played with the toy a few times, and then it was put away and gently stored in a box for decades. The paint coverage is so thick that it photographs more like an oil painting than a toy:

Amazing mail day there, Mark. Loving those polys so much. I am hoping to still be able to luck into one of the Gojis some day, without having to pay through the nose.

Yep. Totally raising my hand here in sheepish admission to say that when I saw this guy for sale on Mercari, I completely thought he was an M1 or new Bullmark version I just failed to recognise or maybe someone had customed. The beauty of it (and the price), had me fooled and I know now I should have inspected it closer. To see those paints, and in such phenomenal condition, as on this just lovely example, it's just.... wow. I am glad that you were able to eventually adopt such a fine specimen in the end. This is truly a wonderful toy to have on the best of Goji shelves.
