So this is a good as place as any, but does anyone know if they made any SSI figures, or the inspector, for the Red Baron figures, (not KaijuKen, but anything vintage)?
Yeah saw it on his blog this morning. Very different take on Tiger 7. The colors really make this sculpt pop. Par for the course, chances of finding one- probably nil.
Yup, but I haven't seen one in that colorway yet. Really tight sculpt and weighty too. Can anyone confirm that this is by Kaiju Ken?
awww man, that is just too awesome! Do you have a pic of the feet? We could probably determine who the maker is according to the stamp.
Doh! Here's the foot and header. Doesn't seem to be Kaiju Ken but the blog is link to their website. Maybe a subsidiary?
That new Red Baron looks great! Extra shading across joints always has a positive effect! Moar robots, pleeze.
Yeah, man...I just find it so funny that these toys are so fulla WIN...and yet are so hard to track down. Feels almost like collecting designer vinyl! I'd push my mom down some stairs for the earlier Zaborga!
Thanks, Aldo. Perhaps this is a subsidiary of Kaiju Ken that produces the heroes? The sculpt is smaller than Kaiju Ken's regular releases. Seems like Ultraseven is in the works too?!
Great eye, I can't wait to see what he is going to do with the Ultra heroes. Here is the sneak peek pic for anyone who missed it. I think that these (i.e. the Tiger7 guy above) are all by him, but because they are from the one-day licenses, they are not sold under the "Kaiju Ken" brand maybe - just a guess though. I am waiting to get one of the Thundermask guys, and it too was sold as technically not from the KK line.
ピープロ / P-Pro is the original show licence owner (like Ambassador Magma, Lion Maru, Spectreman...) But you probably already knew that The header is so nice !
These guys are looking great, especially the Kamen Rider: http://teleman.cocolog-nifty.com/blog/2 ... -4479.html Glad he's sort of kept the man boobs down to a minimum with these new ones.
