^^ You would of thought that was enough toy 'eye-candy' for one day . . . Nope! Think again. The pics are quite big so you can zoom-in if you want. 絶版玩具専門店 さあどあんくる http://www.third-uncle.com/ 3-34-8 Nishihonroi in Edogawa-ku, Tokyo
It says it's in Thailand. Came out last month: https://www.amazon.co.jp/dp/B01JOL7JPY edit - I have that turtles catalogue thing, haha. Came with a comic.
Man, those photos of Third Uncle really take me back. For those have never had the pleasure (which is probably most folks on here) let me just say this is pretty representative of vintage toy shops there. As amazing as it is, it is also sort of overwhelming. You need time to process it all, and really want to take it all in, which, largely, there is never enough time for. The other thing is - or at least it is this way for me - you see so many amazing vintage toys all at once, most of which you would kill to have a shot at on an average day, that you take what there is there for granted. The wonder of an individual find is almost overshadowed (or in some very regretful cases, even forgotten) by the sheer surroundings of other competing wonder. But nevertheless, it is an experience I wish for everyone on here.
