I recently traded something I didn't particularly care about for a sought-after Bemon. I wanted to see what the fuss was about, and honestly, I'm not that thrilled with the Bemon either.

Honestly, in all my years of collecting this shit, I have sold exactly one piece, and traded one other piece*, so I'm not someone for whom any of this wheeling and dealing is particularly relevant or even interesting. I'm a hoarder, not a flipper.

*I've traded other stuff for toys, like original art, but that's different.

if you are talking the 1 headed specimin I prefer the hukko version, although I have had niether in hand, hukko just seems chunkier and I think the legs work well,I wish hype did not exist because you know for the most part the people that REALLY appreciate the big 3 can not afford them, and I have had some curiousity involving these toys but am not willing to take the risk that I may dislike a $500-$1000 toy

 

The Bemon is better cause it has less hipster douche drama associated with it unlike NNN.

People are going yo get 'butthurt' over seeing toys less than six months old sell for hundreds or a thousand dollars because it's gross. I'm sorry, but the nature of the sale is irrelevant, what it boils down to is that the prices on Nags are uncalled for and repugnant.

I love when people stop liking an object, which itself holds nothing but it's own physical properties and no actual emotions or politics, because of the opinions others have for it and or how the majority of people who also like/hate the object converse about it.
