^ Priority Mail International offers a customs number. It will only be scanned when it is delivered. You can check the delivery out on USPS "Track & Confirm" page. It is not possible to track the package.

it left the us on the 17th, the guy has the customs form #. seems like it should have been there by now, but i cant say i am super familiar with the brazilian post.

^ Don't worry, man: the package will arrive safely. It takes around 4-5 weeks by "Priority", depending on which state your customer lives in... ;)

Do you have a tracking number? I ship about once a month 15lb packages to Brazil priority mail international. For me theres always a scan at my post office. Then it goes to Chicago for customs and dispatch. Then goes to Brazil (should show this on tracking. like customs clearance brazil.) and sits in customs for a few days then whether taxed or not delivered about 4-5 days after hitting customs. All in all about 12 days is the normal time frame. But you should definitely be able to track unless you sent it flat rate box small I believe is the only one that doesnt provide tracking. Not sure if the other flat rates do but if you send regular priority it does.
This is how it should look.
