Oh they're easy to identify - they are kaiju tennis ball fishmen - and their legs are showing.

 

Another figure that was featured at Patchworked Monsters Summit. They have also received coverage in the popular toy magazines recently. I had been looking at some on YJA for awhile now, but most of them were much more spendy compared to some of the ones linked above...good deals to be had.
