Mutant Evil custom

Hey all. Did this for Maxaltoman. My first Real X Head custom. I can't say that I've been all that crazy about Real X Head figs in the past, but they're growing on me, something that usually happens once I work on toys. Well, that, and the fact that I went to the Real X Head shop in Japan and got to meet Mori, who's a pretty nice guy. Anyhoo-- I'd like to paint more, though I am a bit stacked right now... but feel free to PM me on that note.

I love everything about it except the silver on the head. They just don't flow well or something. But I love it, nice work!

 

I agree with penn here-i think this would look better if the silver outlines were not there. the teeth are probably enough to balance the silver on the cuffs and belt

 

Love the evenness of the paint app. Those teardrop pattern must be a little screwy to execute.

what kind of paint is that? i see a big bottle that says "vinyl" on it but can't make out the rest. i might have to track some down.

I kinda agree, but the silver applied to the rest of the body works REALLY well...

I love everything about this evil. The paint apps are pure precision. Maxaltoman should be very happy. Thanks for showing this off... I really like how the black has a nice suede look to it.
