    SDCC seems great and I hope so...but I think they've had a few teasers from two years ago that still haven't been released yet. (The mecha-diamond head figure and the fett jumbo).

    Thirty-four years in the making!     Get the lowdown on Super7's plans for the ALIEN ReAction Figure line by picking up a copy of the FREE "vintage style" catalog during Wondercon! Formatted exactly like the 3 3/4” space-figure booklets of yesteryear, this 12-page catalog features brand new information and photos on all five of the ALIEN ReAction Figures. Much of the catalog text and imagery is adapted from original toy packages and sales materials from the 1979 ALIEN product line, continuing the fun, retro vibe of the ReAction Figures themselves.

    In addition to the free catalog, we previously announced that we would be displaying the prototypes of our “fast food style” ALIEN drinking glasses! Look for more glassware teases as we lead up to Wondercon!


    Last but certainly not least….
    Super7 will be displaying painted prototypes of the ALIEN ReAction Figures for the very first time! See the BIG CHAP in his 3 ¾” scale glory, alongside the other crew members of the Nostromo.

    It all happens at Wondercon Booth #1166 beginning this Friday March 29th!

    I would love one of the catalogs, but since they are free, I am guessing none will be left after Wondercon - even tasteless morons take free swag. Will they also be distributed with the figures?

    The ReAction catalog cover is an homage to the Kenner Board Game from 1979....which for whatever unknown reason featured a photo background with the 18" toy in the foreground....

    I like the glasses with off-model artwork (as they would have been done back then). Ripley looks like Carrie Brownstein.

    I can say this because I own it: that game is both awesome and terrible. Seriously, in the late 70s and early 80s where they were making boardgame tie-ins for every possible franchise, and I played a lot of them, this one is just ridiculous.

    Well, better than 50$ I suppose, but that is a lot for an action figure. I would still like to know some more details with regards to the production (e.g. origin, numbers, availability, etc.). I am assuming China at this point, since even the Shogun Stormtroopers went that route, and these aren't soft vinyl. Twenty dollars plus 35$ shipping from Super7 for us lucky Canadians.....

    Considering most modern day 6" style figures are 17.99+, its actually very reasonable.

    I'm content here, $100 for all of them isn't bad at all, if you think the price they would be now had they been made all those years ago. I'm going for a full set for sure.

    I got some extra booklets from Wondercon today. First to PM gets one. All I ask is the shipping to be covered. Unless mailing in an envelope is ok.

    I thought they kept them like that to keep the feel of the other figures going. Also, I thought the alien walks around with its palms down in the movie.
