Hey sbers I have a question. As a kid I had 2 these diecast and maybe ceramic cars that were super rough sculpts and looked like hotwheels by dehara. Thy were what looked like hand painted and they were available in toy stores in the bay area in the 70s anyone know what the hell I m talking about?

Those are weird! Lately I've been buying old Matchbox cars that I had as a kid, preferably in their box. So far they've been cheap enough.

I had a Corgi and a Dinky catalog as a kid, I don't know where it came from. But I used to pour over them, wanting all the SHADO / Gerry Anderson vehicles, they looked so cool.

The legendary Talbot's Toyland in San Mateo carried Corgi when I was a kid ... I had their hovercraft (which was on wheels with some sort of spring action to make it "float" nicely.)

abe those funky cars ring the dimmest of bells ... might have seen them around way back when. It'd be very interesting to see those boxes once you have them in hand.
