    dood has anyone seen this? It is uber gangster and i encourage anyone who hasn't to watch it. Very good movie.

    im such a sleeper i didnt know that there was a new and old one...i just seen some fools nose hit the wall and slide down and i was like OI!

    Damn I imagine the older one is much better...

    Not to mention Lone Wolf !!!! Best gore samuari series ever.

    And The guy that plays the original Zatoichi is the guy that plays Lone Wolfs real life brother :)

    Or cousin or something but related non the less :)

    There's like 45 Zatoichi films, a whole series of them.

    Check out Azumi for a cool flick...

    radness...i have some of the lone wolf comic books, them smaller ones.
    Imma deff check some of them movies out though.

    I actually prefer Shogun Assassin, the bastardized American version of 2 of the lone wolf movies. normally I'm an original is better type guy, but I think the edits give it an entirely different feel. and the music is fantastic!

    i love it all. zatoichi plays on ifc (independent film channel) on saturday mornings, check it out, along with a ton of great samurai movies.

    i love shogun assasin. i haven't seen all of the lone wolf movies, but i have a couple of the dvds.
