sry to hear. my best friend also died from a heart attack in nov, he was only 47 but a smoker/drinker. take care of yourselves!

My condolences... this is one thing I'm finding difficult to come to terms with, that the older you get, the more you are surrounded by death... and you don't always get to say goodbye. It's rough.

I just read this properly. Within 6 months is a serious double whammy, sorry to hear that. I haven't lost any friends yet, and i consider myself very lucky. I'm nearly 50.

Thanks all. Yeah the first friend a few months back was 36 and my friend the other night was 42. I'm hitting 52 this summer. Ugh.
