So, one of the great things about this board is how much one can learn from it and how many who are willing to encourage this learning by sharing their knowledge. Bemon is a company. As far as I know, the owner's name is Honda and he sculpted both (I could be very wrong there). Kougai Kaiju is the proper name of the 'Bemon' pollution monster you are referring to. no need to kill, just be willing to pay. they are from the same maker bemon svhc. i wonder when the overdued 3rd sculpt would be unleashed?!
The Kougai Kaiju or pollution monster was originaly featured as "Mosugon 2" on the header of IKB's Smoggon figure (posted in both links above), while the two headed monster or 'Galligantua' comes as mentioned from the cover illustration on the 1968 Famous Monsters of Filmland yearbook (which is based on the 1962 UA feature 'Jack The Giant Killer', directed by Nathan Juran).
^^^^^ Judging by the pic, briefly Thanks gang for the schoolin' and links. I knew I could count on ya'll.
