    I thought so!

That MG is out-of-hand gorgeous, I think, and you'd have a difficult time finding a more lovely marbled Wild Hunt out there.

Here, let's all have another look at the gang:

This has been on my list of 'ok, no more toys unless it is one of these' so I am a super happy relapser right now.
Ok, so I know you cannot properly post instagram pics anymore... is there an alternative that does not include money and the requirement to maintain another annoyance like photobucket back in the days? Sorry, I am sure this has been discussed somewhere...

I really miss the days of paint splattered Secretbase releases. Sigh.

Anticipated sitting this guy on the Headlock shelf, but it kinda puts the others to shame.

Feels more like a Headlock DX in comparison to the relative 'crudeness' of the regular Kustom Monsters.

Not complaining . . . just an observation!

@Anti Social Andy I don’t have any of the others to compare it to but it really feels like everyone involved in the Garloo went the extra mile so not surprised it stands out.

This is a weird one that just came in. At first glance I thought I saw an Ilu Ilu Gorz, then looked closer and saw it was by ShamelessToy69 and was like, ohhhhhh.
Detective A is a mix of lots of cool stuff I like. Henshin Cyborg, Astro-Mu, Robot Keiji K, bootlegs, ect. Throw in transparent vinyl with some tinsel and it’s a win for me. He’s numbered #21 of 23.

I think that’s so because this is the first licensed, pre - existing character to enter the Kustom Monsters line. It’s not an original character design by Knuckle, only one that has a distinct, unique look that has Knuckles’ flair added to the visual mix.

Given the condition of this box, I was very surprised to find that the only issue was minor damage to one of the cardbacks.
The presentation for these new Toysbian figures is great. I'm torn as to whether I should open them or not.

Had a couple of packages delivered recently is a similar/worse state. Literally looked like someone had played soccer with 'em!

And NO . . . ripping into them after they survived that journey would be sacrilege!

Does that box say pizza beer tacos as one word? Was there a smell to that box?

Beautiful set! I think SF Express might be going through it a little; my Space Pioneer came with a mangled shipper and of the 5-6 people I've talked to who won this set, all had them had at least one damaged card. They look so good in the packaging that I'd be torn as well. Maybe cutting around the bubble part could give you a faux-resealable card?

Arrived in the post, Marmit 54 (?). Nothing crazy but I really like how subtle this version is. Came with a fun header card too

I think a couple people have posted now, so nothing new, but I was lucky enough to get the new Toysbian Cosmic Cavalry set from a collector who ended up with an extra. Really fun set, packed with detail and accessories. There's some thoughtful design on show too: the helmets all fit on with no extra heat (except for the leftmost Wukong character, who has a bigger head), and if you look at the viking-looking guy third from the right, you'll notice his two shuriken mount onto his backpack for storage. That does make the backpack too heavy for him to wear, but I'm happier having a solution to keep the little parts together. It's very impressive to see such a variety of sculpts, each with their own identity and design considerations, come out together in a set.

The bubble-card packaging has rightly received a lot of attention; it's very nicely printed with vivid colours on solid card. Sadly it's also prone to damage in transit, and one of mine is bent pretty badly (not pictured). It also creates new potential for scuffs: all but one of the sculpts have gauntlets/gloves of some kind on their hands, and I can see one or two small scuffs on most of them fresh out of the box. I also wish the accessories were rubber rather than rigid plastic, to avoid further scuffing. Still, minor nitpicks considering the creative effort on show here. I'm very happy to own these, and I'll be happier to take them outside soon.

Here are my two favourites, the weirdest of the bunch. The devil with his bizarre fanged horn/tentacle/parasite thing is such a standout, I'd buy more on their own easily.

Dang, they’re awesome out of the pack. Is toysbian the illu-illu of the new decade? Such attention to details

Those toys are really nice. Thanks for sharing y’all

These are more casual and fun than Ilu to me, come with the odd design oversight you wouldn't see from the big man, but they're way more affordable and accessible. I'd take that any day over perfect toys that are impossible to find or buy. Plus as you said the overall attention to detail is very impressive. Hope the hits keep coming.

Incidentally, they've been teasing a jumbo-size toy for some time now :)

Excellent score, and good on you for popping his head off immediately. That sculpted brain is very cool.

Really happy my first Yusei Majin has arrived today, for I've chasing it for nearly two year. A wonderful combination of Méliès' moon with Showa tokusatsu culture, really like it!
