Midori From the anime series Midori Days. Hilarious stuff. The main character woke up one day to find that girl attached to him as his right hand. The girl is a secret admirer who got sick and went into a coma and somehow woke up to this strange predicament. Strangely enough tho she likes it cause she finally gets to be with him. You gotta see it!
