    paint question
    hey,
I'm wanting to paint a custom of a common fig. I was wanting to leave some of the vinyl showing through, so I was wondering what the best way to take the existing paint off is? I don't want to run the risk of smugging up the vinyl or breaking it down or anything. Any hints? Or is it best to just paint over the original paint job?
    Thanks

Yup and ivory liquid soap. It will help remove any left over oils or chemicals.

im looking into getting started with an airbrush and I think I know what kind im getting, one thing ive been wondering about types of paint, ones that give a good pearl effect. Also is there a general final coating to give a glossy finish either through airbrush or an aerosol?
