Kaws: 3 Feet Taller

I don't even have the cash to get it anyway. I need to face the facts, no Kaws collection is worth completing or even trying. This plus all 5 other 5yl companions.....over $3500.....damn you Kaws.

 

That's the tough part! I like having that money in my bank account!
And I'm kinda surprised that it hasn't sold out already. Makes me think that it may be harder to sell than I originally thought, should you need to recoup your money. Still, I'm torturing myself...

Yeah I agree. I think they will be poping up for awhile, because people are getting them to flip. We you can't really flip a $2500 item very easily. I'm sure over the next 6 months you'll be able to score one of ebay for like $3,000.

Still that is SOOOO much money. I'm only going to get one of the 5yl companion and call it a day. Not now, but in the future. The Kaws Kraz is wild...

Hey, yeah, I'll sell my Kaws figures to cover costs...but I'll be taking option 3 to maximize return and hoping for ultimate flipper prices

Ha ha! Yeah, I have "Option 3/Non-RFSO" sales on that other board. Not working out. I was hoping one lynchpin sale would go through that allow me to buy the 4 footer.

I'm glad the temptation is over because despite my open disappointment with KAWS latest work the 5YL is an incredible sculpt.

 

I had one in my cart and was ready to click to buy then asked myself... "Am I insane?" and answered yes... then asked myself, "Do I want to be single again?" sighed and bailed out...

Thanks! Luckilly I've already had one offer to take it off my hands in case of buyers remorse - and that might happen. A girl at work thought it was a kid in a costume - how cute - and gives me an idea for next Halloween - how about a GANG of roving companions?

Maybe Kaws could offer a limted suit for a bargain $1000?
