People disappearing?

It looks like the number of registered users has gone down by about 2000, but some people have, um, disappeared.

I've been exchanging PMs with conqueror, and they're all gone, and he's listed as a guest on his posts. I think pennjones is also gone.

Don't delete me- I'll be good!

 

Yea I noticed that too. Maybe the admins are sieving through users and deleting those that are obsolete.

 

i noticed this today as well and it is being worked on.

nobody is being deleted on purpose.

 

I decided to take care of the spambots yesterday.

 

+7 for banned.

kill all spambots.

for the rest of you, don't panic. why would we indescriminately delete real users?

 

For the record, I was kidding. And yes, thank you for deleting those stupid spambots. I was getting real tired of seeing viagrastore113807 as the newest user.

 

Cuz some of them are jerks?

 

Should delete Locomoco so the rest of us can catch up to his post count

 

I was indeed deleted, but I'm back, Glenn fixed my problem. I say if someone is having the same problem, email an admin, and It'll get straightened out.

Yeah I got deleted too, imagine my shock and horror when I couldnt log in

 

If anyone with post counts 1000 or over was deleted then they should be crying right now.

 

Why? I got like a bagillion posts and what's it matter? None. I mean, we all know who's who around here, I just see post counts as a waste of screen space. I dunno, maybe it's just me.
