I was just thinking that maybe the biggest tribute we could pay to Vinyl Glow Addict would be for all of us to show off our glow collection. If brian is watching, I'm sure he would enjoy it more than anyone!....I gotta find my collection shot but don't let that stop the rest of you from posting! here's one to get it started but i have a better one i'm gonna have to find
This pic's not mine (I think it's Selim's from ToyGiant), but here's one Brian had me send him when he saw it ...
Heh. That's mine. Here's the beeg version, originally posted here in a thread entitled (I think) "Glo At": plus more, recent editions:
Mea culpa ... Apologies, and thanks. Brian was very excited about that pic, and with good reason - I thought I had the large one too, but couldn't find it. I will certainly give it the proper attribution from now on, it's a singularly great image.
No need for apologies - it is good to know that people like the pic! Probably time to do an update, though . . .
"If it doesn't glow, it has to go" has always been my favorite tag line. Wish I could get a glow pic with my camera. RIP VGA
Mark K: Love your set up. The purple walls really make it. I'd love to see it with the lights out. You have many pieces I've long wanted. Grrrrr. > RIP vinylglowaddict Pardon my ignorance and potential crassness: is the fellow out the hobby or, er . . .
cae: yes, please, an update....that is the best glo shot i have ever seen! mark k - you ever get tired of manmo, please contact me! here's another shot i found and if anyone can tell me where i can ul a .mov file, i got an action glow shot too! image shack (where i normally post my pix) won't take a .mov,
Wow, yeah - just searched out the thread. The Noctilucent Brotherhood has lost a hero. Damn. All we can do now is to proudly glow on without him.
there's some really nice picks in there guys (special thanks to toybot and cae ) and some really nice collection ! sorry for asking but what happen to VGA ?
so sorry I'm confused I've just hoped that it was not to severe. RIP VGA, kind and sincere word to his friend and family. and this is a great tribute very nice idea.
