Actually, they should make tons more space troopers so the rest of us can buy other toys in peace. I got a platoon set...meh. I think I'll paint them.

Sure would be nice, paintless versions would be GREAT for custom jobs. Or if somebody made a squad of custom heads, instead of the current ones. One of the only things I'm particularly fond of is that the ape-head is so different from the others. I think he should have ape hands though, to match - and a tail for good measure. What ape would wanna TUCK their tail? Srsly..

Has anyone noticed how Troopers 12 and 13 are painted on the inside of the head, and that it comes off at the base if the head is turned?
I think they need to hook up with someone to mass produce these things. If the quality on them isn't that great to begin with then mass producing them shouldn't have much of an impact. I really wish these were available for $12 at Toys R Us - I'd buy armies for myself and my unborn children.
The cockpit looks like it would plug into a saucer but then why would the outside be so detailed? Does not compute.
Maybe for other planned vehicles? A landrover type, or maybe a walking set of legs like in Mars Attacks.........

It's kinda hard to hype something during a break between releases (actually, they seem to focusing on the Matango for the moment). I'm not complaining, mind you. They were coming out rapid fire for a bit there. The break is good.
