That is how his cloth/cape is made to cover his face. I'm not going to heat him up to take it off. I'm fine not knowing. Sorry

 

Once again, its clearly the King Devil Boogieman. But slightly different paint accents, so im sure its the same as the King Devil. Someone cut it off and posted a pic somewhere if you want to see it.

I just meant the base of and sculpt of the figure, otherwise it just has different color fingernails, weapon, and black spray on the chest.

 

Uh okay, but then aren't they all the same? Isn't that like saying all the Pirates are the same with the exception of the new one?

haha, im not denying its different and a rare catch CONGRATS!. Just saying no need to cut off the hood as im sure its the same . I think cutting off the hood is madness unless you have doubles.

 

Cutting is madness in any case.
Especially when you can just heat up the head until it's soft enough to slip the hood off.
