If you can make it out to the bluegrass, come on out for Jeffrey Lamm's first art show in Kentucky. It will be a ton of fun!
congrats on the show, jeff! bet it's going to be awesome! you need to have a show at super7 so i can attend
What time does it start? I'll try to get off work but its extremely hard for me to get off on a friday. I wish it was on a saturday.
Looks like a great show, a bit far for me to travel though. Any chance we'll see something up online? LOVE the poster! Makes me think that the Greasebat figure is going to need some accessories to terrorize.
Johnny come lately! haha, Jeff has been killing it ever since I was exposed to his stuff at the Empire skull show. I was like, someone else likes kaiju back then. Also, Jeff's posters at the Kaiju Invades Show was a big hit and just made it in under the wire. Congrats on the success Jeff! Keep on killing it!
Preview on Vinyl Pulse... http://www.vinylpulse.com/2010/08/jeff-lamm-greasebat-vs-ultra-pop-86.html#more I will be covering the show and I will post a wrap up!
Ah - that art looks nice! I've kind of been kicking myself for not grabbing the one Greasebat painting at the Monsters in the Mangroves show. Some of those look even nicer. Don't make the same mistake I did the one that got away
Now how do I find my way from California to Kentucky by Friday? I need 1 of those Greasebats and a print or 2. Take lots of pictures, this show should be amazing.
Maybe everyone but me understands all this completely but I'll ask out loud anyway... Is what doesn't sell at the show going up on the web? Ultra-Pop site? About what time? Does that Pantone "Kentucky Bluegrass" have a number? A search for that term doesn't return anything useful that I was able to find. You kids have fun and remember to wear safety goggles if you break out the explosives.
