Still sometimes things may look dull in a photo but spectacular in hand. The GID Demeking with the light purple touch on the other hand, I really like that. But alas JAPAN ONLY so my wallet is smiling.

They give them to the stores/companies who they're "exclusive" to and it's up to THEM to say whether the release is Japan only or not. When it's Garimpo it's always anyone. But when it's 1/6th (medicom) or Beams or Rumble Monsters or others it's usually Japan only. I don't know if they'd have a say.

What goes where, and what into what. Fucking vinyl scientist shit. Probably the most insane design I've ever seen. Makes "Wow jointed elbows!" weak in comparison.
