I'm curious, was the pink/Gid siamese production or a one-off? There's weirdly none being flipped on eBay... If someone can pick one up for me, my Paypal is ready...

 

I think the Cap/Pirate siamese was a one off, and i know the lucky SOB who got it.

 

Nags and pirates aside... I saw a pic of a single marbled Skullwing. Was there just one, or many? Were they/it sold? I want one!

 

It was a production piece. Was sold out before the 30s in line. So the run was somewhere in there unless Funnyara held some back for Japan.

 

Hopefully one will pop up for me to buy.

If you're talking about the Cap/Pirate Siamese on the top shelf sitting with the 3 other production pieces it was not a one off. That was the Lev Siamese that was released awhile back. Pus just brought a few more.

As for the marbled wing and other two production pieces there were very few available at the event. Somewhere around 10 each were offered to the public.

See, the way I see it, you take down buyers' info, and if you see them reselling at a profit within I don't know, 6 months, you ban their card/Paypal/name from further sales. Harder when purchased in person I guess... maybe ask for ID? It is added work, but your customers are less frustrated with the whole "game" and might be worth it in the long run?

Let's not list things to the fan club anymore. Just keep releasing things in limited quantity or in secret. No one would ever want to flip in that case.

Sooooo since the first one he had sold so quickly for $300, he's obviously selling his 2nd one for $600.

 

I hope people remember this guy's face and kick him in the balls

 

I would venture to say about 50% of the stuff bought @ SDCC is flipped (maybe more). It's sad, but that's the way it goes

 

The second for $600 is because it has HP parts on it, he definitely knew the score on what he was buying.

 

The second one looks to have some handpainting and/or camo cell painted parts which means it retailed for more. The first one was all unpainted parts and retailed for less.

If anyone knows who this guy is or has a picture let me know.

 

Yeah....when you see guys guarding a pile of boxes the size of a mini van in the rear hallway you know it's about the money.

 

LOL.....and it's the smallest piece of camo cell to get. I'd bite on an auction like that if it was the skull, torso or legs that featured it but defintiely nor for an amputated arm.
