if he mails it, keep it as a gift. file the claim now....i wouldn't wait for that clown to get his life together.
The first thing I did was file the Paypal claim. He said he sent it today; I'll know by Saturday if he really did.
he didn't send you anything except maybe more rocks or dime store action figures. Get that money back and if the actual Pinocchio shows up, you can decide what to do then. let us knows what if anything shows up
I'd be reluctant to touch anything that was sent to me by someone who initially sent me rocks. Get your money back but you should refuse delivery of any packages from this person.
DO NOT drop the claim you made...because you cannot refile...this is a trick people fall for, when scammers say they screwed up and are really going to mail the actual item. they promise! How can you make a mistake and send a box of rocks? what a dipshit.
The postage label says that it was Insured. Take the box and rocks down to your Louisville Post Office to show the Postmaster. Have him start a mail fraud/theft inquiry with the Postal Inspector that covers the Merrimack NH area. I would bet that they no doubt have similar claims already on file. File a Complaint: https://postalinspectors.uspis.gov/cont ... laint.aspx By the way, here are the various eBay ID's he has created, seems like his m.o. is to keep changing his identity. The day I start judging others by their musical preference, is the day I tighten the rope... That's how ICP get's their fans, by marketing to disenfranchised youth, that people already have low opinions of, let's all try to break the cycle... Just as soon as we're done breaking ridpled's toys... Also KaijuZoo, how did you find all his past addresses so fast? I want in on the secret...
So when you change your id does your feedback and everything else change with it? I guess it's just an easy way for an unscrupulous person to catch people off guard...
Feedback stays the same. For the first 30 days after a screen name change, there is an icon that is next to your name on your listings indicating that you recently changed it.
A scumbag juggalo, a real shocker there. It's a shame that stuff like this happens to anyone, really sad.
kaijuzoo said what I was thinking, the amount of the theft (540 dollars) makes it a felony theft in most states. You could call the police department in whatever city he lives in and ask them for advice, they would have jurisdiction. Or the postmaster. Not sure... Then again, it may all fall under civil law, meaning nobody can get arrested, just sued for money lost. That's hard to do from out of state, I suppose that's why they do it like that. I'd be tempted to drive up there and give him his rocks back personally.
^^I think this is actually true. Chapter 63 http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Title_18_o ... ters_61-70 Also check this out. https://postalinspectors.uspis.gov/form ... laint.aspx As with what mostly everyone has said, do not give this guy any sort of benefit of the doubt. This is the guy who last year, listed all the SDCC S7 items within 15 minutes of when they were made available to the SSSS. Then after being called out and discovered he admitted it and then decided to talk all kinds of shit to everyone about how he wasn't doing anything wrong. He is pure scum. Someone needs to pay him a visit.
Truth be told, the post office doesn't give a crap about any sort of postal crime. I had my mail stolen by a neighbor in the past, and they did nothing. Never even pursued it. Police either. And these people were known troublemakers. Tons of police reports.
this is sadly true of alot of things in alot of places, so someone just get this guys address and we'll just do it the old fashioned way tar and feathers
I have experienced this also. one of the maintenance guys where I live took a box that was delivered to my door and the post office could care less especially if the package was uninsured.
He's going to fuck you. Do not pull your claim. Make no mistake you're dealing with a living, breathing, piece of shit.
I'm sorry but time and time again I've seen the same thing happen to people, they get screwed online, and then let it flow under the bridge... Please do something about it now while you can, because there's a 100% chance of him moving on to the next "Score" if you don't... I will say this, the system seems really easy to beat, and harder to win, especially if your the one who got hurt. If you don't feel like "Wasting your time" with this guy, chances are, he'll never learn his lesson. The amount he stole from you is a felony (anything over 300), that means you have his life in your hands, and being merciful isn't going to help this cat any... Michael
