You are right, Kiyoka and Naoyo sculpt and paint but production of the actual metal molds and pulling of the vinyl are done by other "factories" like Obitsu and others.
All Super7 toys are produced(and/or designed) by Super7. Otherwise it will say "Super7 x Gargamel" or "Super7 x SecretBase". Super7's relation to Gargamel is that Kiyoka sculpts the toys. Super7 has used several Japanese factories including Obitsu.
So, it is going to be a raffle? Open only to Japanese residents? I translated the page, but am still having trouble.
Does anyone know what the latest news on this is - a pal in Japan who entered the lottery told me he got an email saying the lottery was cancelled and that Gargamel was going to hold a second one... anyone get confirmation of this?
If Google translate is not steering me wrong (when has that ever happened hahaha) It appears that Gargamel will now be at SDCC and selling all customs no regular limited items.
They werent going out of business, just a move for family health. The guys could live anywhere and keep Gargamel going.
Very cool. Can't go wrong with the minimal glow. I like the mixed parts but don't really like the sculpts they did them with. I kind of wished they would have used the zokki kaiju line instead.
