Has pretty much most of the games played on current gen systems (SS4AE, SFxT, SSF2 HD Remix, SF3S Online edition). Also comes with a bunch a shit, like Ryu light up statue, his belt, blu-ray discs full of movies and episodes and a certificate of authenticity. The main thing I bought it for was the 11 disc soundtrack and all the dlc for both SS4AE and SFxT. I thought the whole package was well worth the money so I went for it. I heard the PS3 version is going to have dlc codes for the Alpha games as well, so that's even a better deal.
Damn, those are my two favorite tekken games as well. I played tekken 3 until my psone died. Over 100 matches a day for about a year. Fun times.
I'm playing Guardian Cross now. It's a Square/Enix card game. It's ok if you're into these things... I would definitely appreciate you trying it out and using OK86553 as your reference number so I get bonus Final Fantasy cards though! Oh and if you're into Final Fantasy and card games, you should definitely try Fantasica. The characters are drawn by the guy who did most of the Final Fantasy Tactics art. Again, fun time-waster if you're into these things. Both are free and on the iPhone (and Android?)
Borderlands 2! Nate's been anticipating this since he played it at E3. I just want to shoot shit. In retrospect I should have asked for the day off tomorrow so we could play all night.
Hell yes! I just started this video game TV series. From Japan. Game Center CX! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7HNIZsxZnRY It's pretty crazy. Basically its about the dude who challenges himself to beat old retro games in one sitting, no matter how hard or long they are. And then goes out in the city to find some rare video game treasures. They made a game for the DS, Retro Game Challenge, which was based off of this TV series.
Is it really worth getting? I was initially excited about the release but other than the improved graphics, it's just a port of the original. As much as I love that game, I'm wondering if digging out the Dreamcast is just as good. As for myself, it's Resident Evil 6 demo and Starcraft 2. Demos are often rushed, but this one feels even more so. It's difficult to form an opinion about latest round of changes to the franchise. My playing Starcraft 2 again is a complete mystery. Going through the initial set-up and having to remember build order is more tedium than fun.
JET SET RADDDDIIIIOOOOOOOO!!! Love this game, I'll buy it when I have some spare money. The Game Center DX game and series are both awesome. I only got the first one for DS, I never played the other one.
Couple of iOS games Hero Academy Puzzle Craft Civ meets Puzzle Quest (without quests but with resource building)
As usual started too many games at once so slowly rotating: Darksiders 2: I like it so far, but think it'll get repetitive and boring Borderlands 2: love it so far. The humor, gun variety and focus on solo/co op instead of just death match all make me happy. FIFA 13: I suck at it but I love that I really have to try. I was destroying madden and it was getting old. Its much more gratifying making a good run and setting up someone with a great pass for a goal. I'm also picking up re6 tomorrow. Didn't play the demo on purpose, hopefully will be the usual re fun. I've played them all and haven't found 1 I truly hated. Well from the numbered series.
Man, I need to get on that Tokyo Jungle! Been busy with Half-Minute Hero and dying on Gradius! Will get that one soon enough!
If you're on the fence about Tokyo Jungle, don't be. I'm having a blast with this game, it's so easy to end up losing half a day to. If you're a Plus member, it's on discount right now too.
I started playing SubwaySurfers yesterday, its got everything this forum loves: graffitti, big shoe'd urbanized characters, etc basically its Temple Run, through a train yard.
This is my jam lately because I can quickly jump into a game while I'm waiting for approval on something. Anyone here have Steam and CS:GO?
just beat this game today (this was after the "dream" shit second play through) i got lucky but it was really fun. going to work on it again later this week
Do you feel that you have strongth now? The second playthrough was way easier just because you knew what to expect. We're currently trying to beat Ninja Gaiden 3 right now. That game is brutal because you only have 5 continues.
This room is an illusion and is a trap devised by Satan. Go ahead dauntlessly! Make rapid progress! Funny how every other game in the series (perhaps with the exception of the Wonder Swan version) is so much easier. IMO, anyways.
This is true. Playing through Ultimate Ghost n' Goblins. Its hard, but not impossible. I'm on Stage 2-2. Death Castle. Its killing me. And on another note, I think Megaman 1 was made by Satan to torture gamers in Hell. Playing that on the side. Its ridiculous.
It's tough, the main problem is if you fall on a spike even after you get hit by an enemy you die. You get a grace period in the rest of the games.
