I have to agree with the people wanting the painted version, the way you have it in the pics just seems so dead on. I am all for the glitter green though... And picking up both.
Decided to go with a split painted and unpainted debut release in a nice glossy light green vinyl. Next month.
Bring it on, Koji. Your production run won't be able to keep up with the buying. Aaaargh, must.....have.......patience.
this is definitely the toy im most excited about at the moment. cant wait for more news on the release date.
Best of both worlds! Now this, I am really excited about! I like this decision even more than just strictly painted or unpainted. Imagine all of the photographing possibilities; I can hardly wait!
It's probably the cutest Kappa toy I've ever seen. Got such a nice vintage vibe! Koji pulled this from pure soul.
I put it in for Saturday at 1:00pm in my google calendar. As if I lived in Japan. Nobody to blame but me on this one. Regardless, congrats on selling out of both styles so fast! Something that cool deserves it.
Oh balls! I remember this thread from a while back, and forgot to check on the status. I was even browsing the BST with $$$ burning a hole in my pocket last night. Good showing Koji! Looking forward to more kappa from you. In the name of Harmon!
same boat hopefully can get one down the road, great release!!!!!!!!!! love the unpainted debuts, these guys are awesome!!!!!!
love the size, the sculpt, the paint (though unpainted's nice too!). my 2 1/2 year old daughter has christened him "duck boy":
^ I think it does. Surprised stuff is left, glad I got 1 this round but still would have preferred the green guy.
