Their pic is about 3/4 down the page....it sickens me. I got out of her way when her number was called too. Unfortunately I didn't put two and two together until reading this thread

Apparently they have crew who scammed Circus Posterus again....this shit needs to end.

ALWAYS PROTECT YOURSELF BY FOLLOWING ALL BST RULES & RECOMMENDATIONS OFFERED ON REPUTABLE TOY FORUMS AND BY PAYPAL. DEVIATE FROM THEM AT YOUR OWN PERIL.

    PROTECT YOURSELF AGAINST SCAMS:

*ACCEPT PAYPAL PAYMENTS ONLY AS "MERCHANDISE" AND PAY THE FEE! NOT ONLY DOES IT PROVIDE AN EASY WAY TO PRINT THE SHIPPING LABEL, IT PROVIDES THE SELLER WITH ALL THE SELLER PROTECTIONS OFFERED BY PAYPAL. DON'T ACCEPT PAYMENT FROM BUYERS AS "GIFT" OR "MONEY OWED" JUST TO SAVE A FEW BUCKS UNLESS YOU ALREADY KNOW AND TRUST THE BUYER,

*ONLY SHIP TO VERIFIED PAYPAL ADDRESSES OR ELSE PAYPAL SELLER PROTECTIONS WILL NOT APPLY TO YOUR TRANSACTION. (IF YOU SHIP TO UNVERIFIED ADDRESS, PAYPAL WILL REFUND DISHONEST BUYER'S PAYMENT FROM YOUR ACCOUNT IF HE/SHE CLAIMS MERCHANDISE WAS NOT RECEIVED)

*FOR SHIPMENTS VALUED AT $250 OR MORE, ALWAYS USE A SHIPPING SERVICE THAT PROVIDES SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION, OR ELSE PAYPAL SELLER PROTECTIONS WILL NOT APPLY TO YOUR TRANSACTION (WITHOUT SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION, PAYPAL WILL REFUND ENTIRE PAYMENT TO DISHONEST BUYER FROM YOUR ACCOUNT IF HE/SHE CLAIMS THE ITEM NEVER ARRIVED)

*BEFORE ACCEPTING PAYMENT FROM BUYER, ALWAYS PROVIDE A COMPLETE AND ACCURATE DESCRIPTION OF EVERYTHING OFFERED FOR SALE, INCLUDING PHOTOS (e-mailed to buyer) OF EVERY SIDE OF EVERY PIECE/PART AND DESCRIPTIONS OF ANY AND ALL POTENTIAL OR REAL DEFECTS. (FULLY DESCRIBING ITEMS OFFERED FOR SALE PROTECTS SELLER FROM POTENTIAL ATTEMPTS BY DISHONEST BUYER TO EXTORT A POST-SALE REFUND BY THREATENING TO FILE A PAYPAL CLAIM BASED ON PREVIOUSLY UNDISCLOSED DEFECTS OR DEVIATIONS, NO MATTER HOW TRIVIAL THEY MIGHT SEEM. THE EXTORTIONIST IS CONFIDENT THAT SELLER WON'T WANT THEIR PAYPAL ACCOUNT FROZEN DURING PAYPAL'S INVESTIGATION OR RISK LOSING THE CLAIM.

IF YOU HAVE YOU BEEN APPROACHED (VIA P.M.) OUT OF THE BLUE ON YOUR TOY FORUM BY A POTENTIAL BUYER OR TRADER, PROCEED WITH EXTREME CAUTION:

*DON'T BELIEVE FAKE SOB STORIES THAT MIGHT ENTICE YOU TO SELL A COVETED PIECE FROM YOUR COLLECTION UNLESS YOU WANT TO SEE IT FOR SALE ON EBAY A WEEK OR A MONTH LATER AT A PRICE MULTIPLE TIMES HIGHER THAN WHAT YOU SOLD IT FOR.

*BEWARE OF TRADERS AND BUYERS WHO DON'T SEEM TO CARE WHAT THEY'RE BUYING, BUT WHO ARE NEVERTHELESS EXTREMELY AGGRESSIVE IN THEIR ATTEMPTS TO TRADE WITH OR BUY SOMETHING FROM YOU.

*BEWARE OF TRADERS AND BUYERS WHO ARE ONLY INTERESTED IN THE HOTTEST, HARD-TO-GET ITEMS THAT WOULD EASILY AND QUICKLY SELL ON EBAY FOR A LOT MORE THAN WHAT THEY WOULD PAY YOU.

    BOTTOM LINE:
DON'T GET SCREWED OUT OF DOLLARS BY TRYING TO SAVE PENNIES ON PAYMENT & SHIPPING, OR BY SELLING TO PEOPLE WHO HAVEN'T EARNED YOUR TRUST LONG BEFORE ANY TALK OF BUYING/TRADING/SELLING.

Yeah, I honestly didn't want to derail this thread, but kris asked so I figured I should let folks know. She honestly told me she asked some "Kaiju" collectors of 10 years+ about te situation and said she's in the right. I have not seen one person chime in for her side. What was funny is she told me if she said she was sorry, even though she wasn't wrong if we could drop this and for me to please remove that thread. This was my last response to her October 28th

" you should know that you can not delete the Thread once someone posts on it. Funny how many people came to chime in for me and vouch that I am a 100% legit person right? yet not 1 has for you. Not to mention those that have did it for me are both old and new members.

Also, I gave you fair warning when you opened the claim that that honestly was not something you wanted to do. I asked you if you wanted to take it further, and you still were behind your story of your a new member, and just started collecting etc...

you've been oust'd by the folks on this forum... and im sure they will continue to support that thread and make sure no one else does business with you. you hurt your own self by
#1 trying to get compensation back (clearly so you could just open up a bigger profit margin on your flip)

#2 not believing me that the smudge actually was there when I received from foe

#3 not accepting it even though paul told you it was a nuance that he left as he does from time to time.

#4 seeing the condition of the boss in the 360 turn around pics I sent, having the item in your hands 4 days and then trying to pull #1

Glad it happened, glad you were oust'd... if you collect sofubi now cool... have fun collecting via ebay secondary prices... because no one here will be selling trading to you now, and you can't blame anyone but yourself"

Haven't heard a response from her yet!

She was about 4 in front of me in TAGs line for the Pollen Kaiser.
What's funny too, I dunno if any of ou were watching when I got called at the PK raffle, Paul was like "you sure you want this? Lets make sure there isn't any over spray or drips on it... And had his buddy bring out a monocle to examine the Mordock boss. That was a fun fiasco for about 5 mins... Told Paul at that time too she was watching that go down lol and tried to point her out to him, but if you were there you know how much of a crowd there was.

First, let me say THANKS to all the great legit toy collectors who came out and waited, and got something you wanted.
We all had a great time.

And thanks for sharing the words to collect by in the current environment.

Ecko is right. It was really NUTS.

This year was one of thickest with greedy Dbags.
Next year, we'll just have to build a big electric fence.

You did very well Paul! His year you can see how amazing organized you were! I love how personal everything went! Even your own raffle tickets. I could not ask for a better event. Those who were able to attend I'm sure are just like me and can not thank you enough for the amazing opportunity.

Did you buy the Pink B? Two people called before me bought Pink B and the rubber face boss. The person who bought the runnber face is a young guy in 20s'. He looks like mid eastern. He has dark features.

I told Paul this later in the day, but it was fun just watching one of PK's famous raffles in person finally (even though I wasn't in it myself). All that controlled chaos in one little booth. Glad to see so many Skullbrainers (and not flippers) get their hands on some wonderful pieces.

It was great seeing a lot of brianers again! Had an awesome time waiting in line talking to Lee and Guf. Once we had our pick it was great seeing and sharing our loot! Thank you Paul and everyone else involved! I love it when everyone goes home with something. The flipping is unfortunate. Wish we would have known who these flippers are.

No I bought a biter boss, maybe it was the dude 2 in front of me then and I don't remember him having "dark features" he just looked like a normal guy to me no corpse paint or anything. I heard Paul say to him he didn't have time to header it right then and to come back later. And it looks to have a header in the pics on the bay so I assume he went back later.

I took the pic out to keep the peace and re-focus the thread.

If anyone wants to look at the TAG line it's on their Facebook. I just wanted to know who to avoid in future events.

huh ... i guess they were right behind me in line since that's me on the left. guy with the rubberface (who was right in front of me) was a thin white guy with longish dark hair (not quite shoulder-length) and he was playing a nintendo ds.

Wasn't there an "Out the flipper thread"?

Oh nevermind, that got locked down because it got ugly..

I don't see much of this type activity going on on other maker's posts.
Be careful folks, I would hate to see "Boss Carrion" get locked down too. :|

Had a question For those who went.

    The pink bosses,
    A and B

    These were micro runs correct?

    I love this hot pink!!!!!

    I need one of these!!!!!

I love seeing the front of the bosses,
    I rarely see their backs.

    I love that demon fish!!

There should be a thread, specially for the backsides of toys:)

^ I completely forgot to grab a morning man because I'm an idiot.

Also, I want to see all those mixed part bosses!!! No one was in a rush to open and see their mix so I've only seen 2, the display and the 1 I pulled.
