^^ Nice. Been so into Ben Caplan lately. This guy knows how to do it. Doubt anyone else has heard of him, but seriously, check out some of his live performances on the 'tube. Great stuff.
I've been listening to this new Phosphorescent song a lot lately. Perfect headphone-city-walking song. https://soundcloud.com/deadoceans/phosp ... g-for-zula Very basic chord structure ("With or without you" et al), but great nonetheless.
chug some Surge, pop Golden Eye into the N64 and travel back in time. Instant classic!! …the cover ain't that bad looking either
^That's funny because I was just listening to their second album 'Beast On My Back' today. Exodus, Anthrax, and Crumbsuckers....wow...what a show. Did you see that back in the day, or was it a reunion tour ? Best thrash show I saw back in the day was Kreator, Testament, and Death Angel
As cliché as it is, I like to mix things up. Mainly going back and forth between hip hop and hardcore lately. A lot of Converge, American Nightmare, Undertow, Judge and such goin' on. I'll alternate with Nujabes, Black Star, Common and Epik High, MC Chris. Some variations in metal gets thrown in with Himsa(favorite band), As Hope Dies, Darkthrone, Watain, etc. I'll get on random kicks of World of Pain for a day or two, as well.
The Jester Race and this album are their two best, in my opinion, despite the large gap between release dates.
you just need the last bit of the URL in between the youtube brackets. "3mYIwUdMcNU" im listening to this nonstop- finally found some of their stuff on vinyl while i was in madrid
