dyed tripus

i did this dyed tripus a while back, just thought it would share

 

its cool to see the tentacle beard as the focal point like that makes it even weirder!

 

thanks im so envious of airbrush this was the closest i could do with color blends without picking up a brush ive often thought bout sending it to someone to monsterkolor clearcoat it for me

Yeah, the clear coat would make it sing. I'm putting together an airbrush set-up soon. I'll let you know once I'm set and I can do a simple clear coat if your comfortable.

i use monsterkolor clear coat on some things but its the brushable kind and sometimes its just hard to get it even so on a piece this large i won't even attempt it
