The few things i've ordered recently took at least 2 to 3 days longer than usual to get a reply . . . they mention 'increased sales' as the reason.
Well what I originally tried ordering was gone anyway. In stock, finally able to order, only to receive a cancellation email. Sometimes I think they just decide not to sell you a vintage toy they think they could sell for more, forgetting they have it still listed as 'in stock' and cheaper. The inventory system can't be that screwed up.
I don't think it is that the inventory system is screwed up, it is just that they do not bother updating the website stock unless the item is sold online, so everything there can be bought any day in the brick-and-mortar shop as well from the day it was posted online, and you would never know. So the older a listing is, the much higher the probability (especially if it was anything even remotely cheap or rare) that it has since been picked up by some in person at the store. Incredibly frustrating I know.
Placed an order at the Fukuoka store yesterday, got confirmation today, and have paid. So far, so good. I even checked the listing immediately after placing the order, and it was listed as sold out. I paid with paypal and had no issues with sign in...let's hope they worked out the kinks.
I sent the nakano store a message in Japanese last night and woke up to the invoice in my inbox this morning.
i used it last week, no problems. Paypal was easy setup straight through. got my figure with no problem.
