Gatchabert#1698 playing with a couple co-workers on Blackwing Lair with teen level toons. there's only 3 of us and we are planning on playing on Wed nights.
Whoa, I didn't realize they brought this over to the US! I've been meaning to play the GBA imports... I'm on a huge Mega Man kick lately after playing Shovel Knight, which is freaking amazing! And with my 3DS & VITA, I have been super distracted by my DSlite playing some DS and GBA games. Almost near the end with a couple of games. Dragon Quest I for the GBC. Just have to defeat Dracolord! Shin Megami Tensei IV- 30hrs in and this game has gotten really good! After finally finishing Mother 3, I started Earthbound a month ago, for the first time. Backwards, I know... Just got to Fourside, which turned Moonside. I love the freaking game!!
Absolutely busting to play some Shovel Knight - definitely in my stack. Currently back on Fallout: New Vegas. For all that game's failings there's still a lot of fun to be had carving out my niche as a one-man death squad massacring Powder Gangers wherever I see them.

I'm playing mainly TF2 on the playstation 3. I can't play any other games because my HDD is defective and every damn game I play is slow, laggy, or audio de-syncing. I still play Skyrim now and then, but the game freezes mid-game to load something and you end up playing with 20sec/2min breaks every few moments. Sucks to be me
Just discovered that they released free content for Metal Gear Rising Been playing Killer Is Dead but it's so fundamentally flawed, spent the whole time wishing I was playing MGR, so I booted it back up and found not only was it as amazing as I remembered but also there's new stuff to play through - for free!
Me! I quite like it except the stupid 'throw in more enemies to make it harder' boss battles. But the atmosphere and puzzle level design are fun. Sadly, it seems to be totally unconnected to the main game lore wise . . .
Oh, I haven't reached a boss yet... I hope it will reconnect to the main lore once the three DLC are released. I've been exploring and it is fun and quite tough (that joker spirit...).
Yeah, that guy is tough. You can -spoiler ahead- run past him through the fog and have 1) a possibility to get wet and boost your fire resistance 2) have the mobs fight him Btw - if you are that far then you already should have access to an optional boss fight.
There is a Del Toro X Hideo Kojima demo game available for free download and play this weekend on the PS4. http://www.theverge.com/2014/8/15/60064 ... deo-kojima
Cannot stop playing Rogue Legacy. It's a genealogical rogue-type. Each time you die, you come back as the next member of the bloodline to try tackling the castle again, only it changes each time. The best part is that your descendants often have genetic impairments such as stereo blindness, vertigo or dwarfism. These all alter your play style and add an extra layer to the class system. You're presented with a choice of three from around 5 possible classes and it usually comes down to whichever seems less flawed. Great fun, punishing: like Dark Souls meets Spelunky.
It's as tough as any other rogue-like. Very similar to Spelunky. It's a grind but a very enjoyable one. You will gradually make your way further through as you learn enemy attack patterns and learn to avoid danger. There's a demo out for the PC version if you have a controller to play it on, that's what I played first and it hooked me.
Thanks, I might give it a try though next to DKS2 and R-Type I might be ready for something with a less steep learning curve. Oh, btw, this helped me kill an afternoon. Nice puzzler, just 35 levels but free. http://gameaboutsquares.com/
