I don't know what sizes he went with but they apparently run small, even by Japanese standards.

I'm usually a Large but for these tees I've been getting XXL.

ワンサイズ大きめがいいと思います。

Email says:

The sizes run smaller than normal t-shirt sizes so I recommend ordering a little bit larger than usual.

The chest width of these shirts is 20" at size L. The standard American chest width is about 22" for an L (often bigger), so you can see they run quite a bit small. Max size they make is XXL.

I've given up hope of ever making spring rolls that look like I didn't just shove some carrots, lettuce and shrimp into condoms. I also don't have much hope of getting a winning email.

I'm pretty sure it's just goofy English, and he does mean the 9th. Pretty used to hearing Japanese people say "10 days" for the 10th, etc. but I could be wrong.

Just got my box from Hirota. He's fast. Gave me a patch, too. What a guy
