Saw that lil dude... but alwas he is the only one of the bunch I have besides the tako in this scale so passed. Good score.
Love that missile firing Mechagodzilla Kingboy! Why are the colors on all those old vintage Mechagodzilla toys so much more vibrant that newer reissues. The only newer Mechagodzilla toy (in Bullmark original OG colors) I've seen that comes close to vintage is the Slash medium sized version. Oh and that Kure Kure toys is great. I remember being really happy when I found mine, but so shocked at how tiny it is! What's not to love about a toy sea cucumber though?
Sweet pickups king. I've been on a bit of a break due to the empty wallet but will start collecting again soon here. Just been admiring all your guys new gets lately.
Vintage Box day! Bullmark small scale King Ghidorah with dark orange base and light green spray on the wings. Godzilla, Rodan, and Mothra do not approve of this newcomer though!
Double post time (this and Flying Attack Human thread). Hey the vintage section is getting some cobwebs so (except this and the cute vinyl thread)... Fly Villain mini!
That fly guy is SOO creepy looking! I think hes my favorite of the attack human line, really cool. Glad to see you're still at it Chris.
Thanks Jonathan. Yeah I don't look as often and I've purposely not kept a deposit on a service, but when this popped up on Mandarake I could not resist. Also helps the yen is so favorable now. Where the hell was this rate two years ago when I spent a mint every week? I've not stopped collecting, just coasting for it bit till I'm done school and gainfully employed. Fly guy really stands out, I'd love to find a standard one. Not many vintage black vinyl toys.
Some great pickups, guys! Keep em coming. I need to live vicariously through you guys until my next shipment arrives long down the road.
1971 Bullmark Seamons (been on my wants list for a while) 1971 Bullmark Gorbagos 1970's Marusan Yunitang
Thanks "Dr. Who",I could open the package the day they were delivered, so the extra days of waiting made it more exciting. Here is a photo of the bootleg Ninja Arashi http://skullbrain.org/bb/viewtopic.php?p=869327#p869327 Best regards!
Some new pieces to add to my small but growing vintage collection. The guy with the severe haircut is Bandai but I'm not sure of his name. Just saw one on YJ with a full head of hair but at 3 times the cost of this one. I actually bought him because I liked the crazy Andy Warhol hairdo.
Great picks guys ! the Bandai villain is from Gekko Kamen - 'white haired Demon' - I think, and part of a pretty cool series of standards, though they do suffer a bit from the airbubbling (I think most of mine have that too)
I like the Gekko Kamen. The no pupil look is really in Where is everyone finding these Leafman? Been wanting to find a mini for it seems at least a century! Great scores Connell.
