I'm way behind on the Black and Gold sets and I apologize to everyone for this. I've started shipping them out and trying to get them all out by this coming weekend. Next release won't be so long a wait, I won't offer them until they are boxed and ready to go so no more delays.
Thank you Dennis! No worries, my life is honestly so crazy right now I wondered if I missed it. Thank you thank you.
Thanks everyone. I was excited and grateful to be pulled first. This toy is amazing, can't wait to see what the future holds for it.
Soooo....I got am email from FEDEX saying an international package I got was undeliverable. I just moved so I thought this might be true. Then it said to click a link to print off my shipping label to see. I did, because I was only expecting one package from international, and it was the Nekomata Black/Gold set. It was a zip file. Well, I tried to open it and it virused my friend's computer. I called fedex and they said it was a scam email and had me forward it to their security dept. First off, DO NOT OPEN AN EMAIL FROM FEDEX asking you print off a label, it will be a zip file. Customer service said they will never ask for you to print something off to get your tracking, (and when you do it will virus your computer.) Secondly, Does Dennis ship Fedex? Does he provide tracking? Ugh. Any info. greatly appreciated. He said they shipped this weekend, if anybody got theirs and could tell me what carrier was used that would help greatly. Thanks, Ryan
Ryan, I have had too many packages to count delivered from Japan over the last 8 years. Never had a single one from FedEx, whether it be from a third party seller, personal collector, or toy maker. I have shipped via fedex internationally a handful of times and it is CRAP expensive. I guarantee the Neko wasn't shipped FedEx. Japan's post is one of the tightest run in the world IMHO. So no need to go the FedEx route when packages originate from there. Hope this helps.
Dennis generally ships EMS, which hands off to USPS here. You will have to be there to sign as it's an international requirement most of the time. My post office attempts once and if I'm not there, I can pick it up the next day.
