What ever happened to Yamazakura?

What ever happened to Yamazakura?
I was hoping for some new sculpts.

 

Taking an extended break maybe?
I'd like to see more as well.

 

I'd been wondering the same thing. Haven't seen new releases for some time, and the website looks abandoned. However if someone speaks Japanese, there is an e-mail link at the site, if you'd like to enquire.

He was on a long break because him and his wife were having a baby, then he came back with those last few releases that lulu had for pre-order and then vanished again. I have never seen anyone post a pic of those releases so who knows if they even happened?

 

Hope he makes a return, orochioni and niouhone are two of my favorites.

Yamazaki-san has been busy raising a family from what I understand..! I'm sure he'll be back....he is an excellent fellow.

It's been at least a year since I've seen anything come up for sale on the secondary market as well. Funny how certain toys really settle into collections and stop circulating after a point.
