Hallo 'brainers... well, someone who was working on a small-but-crucial design project for me (while I worked on 80 other details of this imminently arriving... thing...) has flaked hard and left me in the lurch about two days out from deadline. I will be traveling with my family beginning at 6:00AM tomorrow, and need someone to pick up this project, if possible. If said design help in any way involves fingerpaints or terrible dough sculpting, I am your man. I can also do mismatched and messily painted models, (which may in no way resemble their intended glory) in a pinch. Else, to this great community hoping you can come together to get some help. Sounds like its sorted. My brother has me helping him with a dice game he's going to release soon. I helped him design and manufacture the dice ages ago. Finally locked down the packaging artwork but he keeps changing the rules sheet, so I would of been too busy to help in any serious way. Soz!
I would normally agree, but he's been tolerable and its a good dice game he's come up with, so it doesn't feel like a waste of time working on it.

HELLO GANG AT SKULLBRAIN Since we last spoke here, things have been alternately, sharply shitshow-y and excellent for me. The first thing I'll say is, fuckin' air travel in the 21st century... FUCK. IT. Who'da thunk that at this point it would have devolved into such a total miserable hassle managed by incompetents at every turn? GOOD. GRAVY. On the upside: tomorrow I will make one hell of a call to Delta customer service... big-ass voucher, come to me now... The second thing I'll say is, I saw Cornelius play on Friday night. Been waitin' so many years, missed the Sensuous tour back in '07. Show was flippin' wonderful. Much love. Third thing, on Saturday night my creative partner and I debuted the first toy creation from our company, at Clutter's opening for Kiss! Kiss! Kill. I'm going to make a dedicated thread to share more on our creation with youse tomorrow. Hope you dig. Fourth, I grew up in NJ but had never visited the Statue of Liberty until yesterday. Wonderful. For the six weeks previous to my post I had been mostly head-down, spending long hrs working on all aspects of preparing our strange, high-concept lil' freaks for the Clutter release. We pulled it off and I'm so proud of what we did, but in the final run-up I was pert near demented from lack of sleep. The collective fantastic response here was appreciated from more than just a meeting-my-design-need standpoint... I was buoyed and steadied by the offers of help and support from so many great and talented people here. Twelve years on, I'm still hanging out here, and this kind of thing is why. If you know, you know.
