Another place in the 80s in the Bay Area was Iron Horse toys, but it was all current for the time. Lots of High Complete Models and such.
I wish I knew where Prince from Atomic City was nowadays. I'd love to see his Godzilla body suit now. When he and his tattooist Mike Malone showed it off (just the back piece at the time) to Horiyoshi III and another visiting tattooist from Japan during a mini tattoo convention in like 86 or so it blew their minds.

I think this is the Hawaii Eleking from Kaiwi's collection with a rare color spray.

I can't say whether that's the actual figure from Kaiwi's collection but it is indeed the super-rare Eleking Hawaii colorway that is part of the stash or rare Bullmarks he found in his house. My guess is that it also is probably the one from his collection because as I recall, that may have been the only known example of that colorway at the time.

That is one of kaiwi's photos. Most of them were taken on the same railing.

God above. Most of the NY spots here seem to have closed sadly, but this thread makes me want to root around Chinatown over the long weekend, for the hell of it.
